Marcia Mulcahy limits her practice to Trust and Estate Planning and Medicaid Planning. She focuses on the highly specialized needs of protecting assets for persons who are elderly and those who are disabled.
She speaks extensively on the subject of Asset protection and Estate planning and is a frequent presenter before the general public, business groups, accounting firms, brokerage firms, insurance companies, law firms and various philanthropic organizations throughout Missouri.
Ms. Mulcahy attended Southeast Missouri State University graduating Magna Cum Laude. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and has practiced law in the State of Missouri for the past eighteen years. Before attending law school, Ms. Mulcahy worked as a social worker for the State of Missouri for twelve years.
She is a member of the Wealth Counsel, LLC, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, the Midwest Estate and Financial Planning Institute, the Missouri Probate Committee, the Missouri Trust and Estate Committee, the Missouri Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Elder Law Answers.
Ms. Mulcahy was recently recognized by the Women’s Legislature of Missouri 93rd General Assembly for her significant contributions to Missouri as a woman business owner.
